醒脑丸对气虚血瘀血管性痴呆大鼠的治疗作用研究

【摘要】 目的观察醒脑丸对气虚血瘀血管性痴呆大鼠的治疗作用。方法将气虚造模成功的大鼠随机分为4组,即空白组、模型组、脑复康片组、醒脑丸组。均连续灌胃15 d,每天早晚各1次。观察大鼠行为学指标,测定血浆血栓素B2及大脑皮层一氧化氮(NO)含量;观察大脑海马区病理形态,检测大脑海马促细胞凋亡蛋白Bax表达。结果醒脑丸可降低血浆血栓素B2含量,改善气虚血瘀征象;降低大脑皮层NO含量;对海马CA1区神经元的损伤有明显保护作用;能下调脑缺血后促细胞凋亡蛋白Bax的表达。结论醒脑丸可改善气虚血瘀血管性痴呆大鼠的症状。

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the curative effect of Xingnao Pills on rats with vascular dementia due to qi deficiency and blood stasis. Methods The successfully constructed rat models of qi deficiency were randomly divided into 4 groups, i. e.,blank group, model group,Naofukang Tablet group and Xingnao Pills group. All groups were performed the intragastric infusion for 15 d,once in the morning and once at the night. The praxiology indexes,plasma thromboxane( TXB2) and NO content in the cerebral cortex were detected,the pathomorphology of brain hippocampus was observed and the expression of pro- apoptotic protein Bax in brain hippocampus were detected. Results Xingnao Pills could decrease the level of TXB2,improved the symptoms of qi deficiency and blood stasis; reduced the NO content in the cerebral cortex; had the obvious protective effect on the injury of neurons in the hippocampus CA1 region; could down- regulated the expression of pro- apoptotic protein Bax. Conclusion Xingnao Pills can improve the symptoms of vascular dementia rats due to qi deficiency and blood stasis.
