金丝桃素提取物稳定性考察

【摘要】 目的考察金丝桃素提取物的稳定性。方法以金丝桃素和伪金丝桃素含量变化为指标,考察光照、温度、抗坏血酸等因素对金丝桃素提取物短、长期稳定性的影响。结果短期内,金丝桃素提取物在常温避光及加抗坏血酸条件下较稳定;光照能使提取物中金丝桃素、伪金丝桃素含量短时间内升高,然后开始下降;在高温条件下,提取物稳定性差。8周内,提取物在常温光照、常温避光及加抗坏血酸条件下金丝桃素、伪金丝桃素含量均有不同程度地下降,在低温避光条件下比较稳定。结论金丝桃素提取物应低温、避光保存。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the stability of hypericin extract. Methods Hypericin and pseudo-hypericin were detected by high performance liquid chromatography( HPLC). The content change of hypericin and pseudohypericin in hypericin extract was used as the indicator. The effects of light,temperature and ascorbic acid on the short-term and long-term stability of hypericin extract were studied. Results In the short term,the hypericin extract was more stable under the conditions of the room temperature away from light and adding ascorbic acid; the hypericin and pseudo-hypericin contents were increased within a short time and then began to decline in light; the extract stability was poor at the high temperature. Within 8 weeks,the hypericin and pseudo-hypericin contents in the hypericin extract were declined in varying degrees under the conditions of light at the room temperature,protected from light at the room temperature and adding ascorbic acid; but which were comparatively stable under the low temperature without light. Conclusion The hypericin extract should be stored at the low temperature without light.
