不同溶剂和提取方法对宣木瓜总黄酮提取率的影响

【摘要】 目的考察不同的溶剂和提取方法对宣木瓜总黄酮提取率的影响,为宣木瓜总黄酮的提取提供理论依据。方法分别以水、乙酸乙酯、50%乙醇溶液、70%乙醇溶液作为提取溶剂,考察其在回流、索氏和超声提取条件下总黄酮的含量。结果以70%乙醇作为提取溶剂时,超声和回流都能使宣木瓜总黄酮有很高的提取率,总黄酮含量分别为1.61%和1.60%。结论不同的溶剂在不同提取条件下对宣木瓜总黄酮的提取有较大的影响。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the influence of different solvents and extraction methods on the extraction rate of total flavonoids from papaya to provide the theoretical basis for the extraction of total flavonoids from papaya. Methods With water,ethyl acetate,50%ethanol solution and 70% ethanol solution as the extraction solvents,the total flavonoids content was investigated under the extraction conditions of reflux,Soxhlet and ultrasonic extractions. Results With 70% ethanol as the extraction solvent,the ultrasonic and reflux extraction had the very high extraction rate from papaya,the contents of total flavonoids were 1. 61% and 1. 60% respectively. Conclusion Different solvents at different extraction conditions has great influence on the total flavonoids extraction from papaya
