【摘要】 目的研究祛风胜湿颗粒挥发油与β-环糊精包合的最佳工艺。方法采用饱和水溶液法,以包合物收得率和挥发油包合率作为评价指标。结果包合最佳工艺是,挥发油∶环糊精为1∶8,包合温度50℃,包合时间1 h。结论优选的工艺条件易于控制,稳定可行。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the optimum process of Qufeng Shengshi Granules volatile oil with β-cyclodextrin inclusion. Methods The saturated aqueous solution method was adopted with the inclusion compound yield and the volatile oil inclusion rate as the evaluation indexes. Results The optimum inclusion process was as follows: the ratio of volatile oil to β-cyclodextrin was 1 ∶ 8,the inclusion temperature was50 ℃ and the inclusion time was 1 h.
