【摘要】 目的分析临床慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者血清中乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)的基因分型及其相关耐药位点的变异情况。方法应用毛细管电泳技术检测239例使用不同核苷类抗病毒药物患者的血清样本。结果拉米夫定耐药2例(0.84%),阿德福韦酯耐药31例(12.97%),恩替卡韦耐药1例(0.42%),拉米夫定、恩替卡韦、替比夫定共同耐药85例(35.56%),拉米夫定、阿德福韦酯、恩替卡韦、替比夫定共同耐药8例(3.35%)。结论对HBV基因分型和耐药位点进行检测,有利于临床及时调整用药方案,控制病情发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the genotyping and the related drug resistance locus variation of serum hepatitis B virus(HBV)in the patients with clinical chronic hepatitis B.Methods The serum samples in 239 patients with chronic hepatitis B treated by different nucleoside antiviral drugs were detected by applying the capillary electrophoresis.Results In 239 patients with chronic hepatitis B,2cases(0.84%)of lamivudine-resistance,31 cases(12.97%)of adefovir dipivoxil resistance,1 case(0.42%)of entecavir resistance,and 85 cases(35.56%)of lmivudine,entecavir and telbivudine common resistance and 8 cases(3.35%)of lamivudine,adefovir dipivoxil,entecavir and telbivudine common resistance were detected out.Conclusion It is conducive to timely adjust the clinical medication regimen and control the disease progression by detecting the genotyping and its drug resistance locus of the HBV.更多还原
