基于多元利益主体的公立医院补偿现状及策略研究
Present Situation and Strategy Research of Public Hospital Compensation Based on Multiple Interest Subjectives
【摘要】 通过了解政府、保险机构、医院、患者4个主要利益主体在医疗改革中的损益情况,分析公立医院目前补偿机制中存在的主要问题,提出必须基于多元利益主体的视角,构建政府、社会、市场3个层面的全程、动态的补偿体系。
【Abstract】 Through knowing the situation of the profit and loss of main interest groups in the medical and health reform,including government,insurance institutions,hospitals and patients,the main problems of the compensation system in hospitals are analyzed. It is proposed that public hospital compensation must be established based on multiple interest groups perspective,and overall and dynamic compensation system be established on government,society and market.
