【摘要】 目的对余甘子及其代用品栀子进行鉴别。方法通过性状、显微特征、薄层色谱和理化鉴别等方面对余甘子及栀子进行鉴别。结果余甘子和栀子在外形、大小、颜色、表面特征上有很明显的不同;栀子的显微特征中有不定式气孔和非腺毛,余甘子中没有,余甘子中有很多不同形态的石细胞;余甘子和栀子在相同的位置没有出现相同的点。结论可以从性状、显微、薄层等方面来鉴定余甘子和栀子。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discriminate Phyllanthi fructus and its substitute Gardeniae fuctus. Methods Phyllanthi fructus and its substitute Gardeniae fructus were identied by traits, microscopic characteristics(thin layer chromatography) TLC and physical and chemical, etc. Results Phyllanthi fructus and Gardeniae fructus were obviously different in shape,size, color and surface characteristics. Gardeniae fructus had infinitive pores and non-glandular hairs, there was no in Phyllanthi fructus, there were many different forms of stone cells in Phyllanthi fructus. Phyllanthi fructus and Gardeniae fructus didn′t have the same point in the same position. Conclusion It can discriminate Phyllanthi fructus and Gardeniae fructus from properties, microscopic characteristics and TLC.更多还原
