【摘要】 随着卫生事业的不断发展,人类的健康得到了较为有效的保障。医患关系本应和谐,但是日渐显著医院暴力事件引起世界范围内的广泛关注。本文通过对医院暴力解读,分析暴力事件高发人群,综合国内外暴力事件的研究现状的分析来引发思考,从多个角度剖析医院暴力事件频发原因。借鉴国外应对医院暴力事件的有效措施并与国内环境相结合,为解决医院暴力的对策提供依据,从而有效减少医院暴力事件的发生。从为医护人员考虑的角度出发,构建良好的医疗安全气候。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the increasing of the health service development, the health care of human being guardant effectively.Doctor-patient relationship should be harmony, however, the hospital violence significantly increasing caused widespread concern in the world. In this paper, through understanding hospital violence, high risk of violence population is analyzed, status of violence at home and abroad is researched, and from multiple angles reason of the violence-prone hospital is analyzed. Learning from foreign effective measures dealing with violence in hospitals combine with home, providing the basis for counter measures hospital violence, thus effectively reduce the incidence of hospital violence. From the perspective of health care professionals cosidering, start to build good medical safety climate.更多还原
