【摘要】 目的组建院内血糖监测规范化管理小组,对院内血糖监测进行规范化管理,评价其实施效果。方法通过建立院内血糖监测规范化管理小组、制订小组各成员的职责和工作计划、定期对小组联络员及全院护士进行考核培训、每月对院内血糖监测进行质控检查,于2012年6月院内血糖监测规范化管理小组成员对院内血糖监测进行规范化管理,实施1年后对规范化管理前后进行问卷调查、现场检查及操作考核,采用SPSS 13.0软件对数据进行统计学分析。结果院内血糖监测管理小组组建、实施前后,全院442名护士对便携式血糖仪进行血糖监测的知识掌握程度由实施前的(35.54±7.96)分提升到实施后的(87.24±4.27)分;院内血糖监测规范化小组37名联络员的成绩由实施前的(59.65±5.22)分上升到实施后的(91.69±4.38)分;38个拥有便携式血糖仪的科室质控结果由实施前的(52.34±6.85)分提升到实施后的(95.47±4.62)分;差异均有高度统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论院内血糖监测规范化管理小组的组建与实施,规范了各临床科室对便携式血糖仪的选择和应用的管理,442名护士及37名联络员的培训率及合格率均达到100%。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To build hospital glucose monitoring standardized management teams, manage the hospital blood glucose monitoring effectively, and finally to evaluate the implementation effects. Methods Responsibilities and work plans for each member of the teams were formulated by establishing standardized management of hospital blood glucose monitoring teams; liaison groups and hospital nurses were given the assessment trainings regularly; and monthly quality control checks for hospital blood glucose monitoring was performed. In June 2012, the blood glucose monitoring were managed normatively by the team members. After 1 year, the questionnaire, on-site inspection and the operation test were given to compare the result that before and after the standardized management. The result data was statistical analyzed by the software of SPSS 13.0. Results After the hospital management team formed, 442 nurses gained the points of mastering the knowledge of blood glucose monitoring by portable blood glucose meter from(35.54±7.96) points to(87.24±4.27) points; the scores of 37 liaisons who were in standardized of blood glucose monitoring team have raised from(59.65±5.22) points to(91.69±4.38) points; the score of quality control results from 38 department which had a portable blood glucose meter have raised from(52.34±6.85) points to(95.47±4.62) points; the differences were statistically significant(all P < 0.01). Conclusion The formation and implementation of standardized management of hospital blood glucose monitoring team standardize the management of the selection and application of portable blood glucose meter, the training passing rate of 442 nurses and 37 liaison men is 100%.更多还原
