【摘要】 目的评价院内血糖检测培训对联络员相关知识认知的改善效果。方法采用自行设计的问卷,培训起止时间为2012年7月~2012年8月。于培训开始前及培训结束后1年分别对华中科技大学同济医学院附属荆州医院37个科室的37名联络员进行血糖监测质控知识的调查,利用χ2检验来评价培训的效果。结果①所有37名联络员均参加了培训,培训后1年有关质控知识认知和行为的各项指标均优于培训前,差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。②培训后1年对血糖监测结果要求、失控分析与处理相关认知和行为改变的各项指标均优于培训前,差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。③培训后1年便携式血糖仪选择、维护、保养知识认知和行为改变的各项指标均优于培训前,差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论院内血糖检测质控培训在短时间内能够明显提高联络员对血糖监测相关知识的认知,为制定院内血糖监测的质控培训及规范管理提供依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of liaisons’ cognition improvement through blood glucose testing training in the hospital. Methods A self-designed questionnaire was applied. The training period was from July 2012 to August 2012. Prior to the start of training and 1 year after the training, there were 37 liaisons in 37 departments participated in this quality control of blood glucose monitoring investigation. The effectiveness of training was analyzed by χ2test. Results ①All the 37 liaison cases were taken part in the training. The indexes of the quality control knowledge and behavior 1 year after the training were all better than those before the training, the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.01). ②The indexes of blood glucose monitoring results requirements, incontrollable analysis and processing related cognitive and behavior 1 year after the training were all better than those before the training, the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.01). ③The indexes of portable blood glucose meter selection, maintenance, maintenance knowledge and behavior 1 year after the training were all better than those before the training, the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.01). Conclusion The blood glucose testing quality control training can significantly improve the cognition of blood glucose monitoring knowledge in a short time and provide the basis for the development of blood glucose monitoring quality control training and standardized management.更多还原
