【摘要】 目的比较库欣综合征(CS)与原发性高血压(EH)的电解质特点。方法回顾性分析2007年~2011年新疆自治区人民医院高血压科22例CS患者(CS组)及同期住院的22例EH患者(EH组)的临床资料,分析比较两组患者的血尿钾、钠、氯、钙、磷、镁水平。结果 CS组血钾、血镁[(3.5±0.3)、(0.7±0.1)mmol/L]明显低于EH组[(4.0±0.3)、(0.9±0.1)mmol/L],差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01);CS组尿钾、尿钙、尿镁[(37.5±6.4)、(5.2±1.6)、(4.7±0.7)mmol/L]均高于高血压组[(27.4±5.0)、(4.1±1.8)、(3.3±0.7)mmol/L],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论 CS的低血钾、低血镁、高尿钾、高尿镁及高尿钙电解质特点可为其与EH的鉴别诊断提供临床依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the characteristics of electrolyte between Cushing’s syndrome(CS) and essential hypertension(EH). Methods Clinical data of 22 patients with CS(CS group) from 2007 to 2011 and 22 patients with EH(EH group) in the same period in Diagnosis and Treatment Center of Hypertension of the People’s Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region were retrospectively analyzed, the serum and urine levels of potassium, sodium, chlorine, calcium, phosphorus, magnesium of two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The serum levels of potassium, magnesium of CS group [(3.5±0.3),(0.7±0.1) mmol/L] were significantly lower those of EH group [(4.0±0.3),(0.9±0.1) mmol/L], the differences were high statistically significant(P < 0.01); the urine levels of potassium, calcium, magnesium of CS group [(37.5±6.4),(5.2±1.6),(4.7±0.7) mmol/L] were significantly higher than those of EH group [(27.4±5.0),(4.1±1.8),(3.3±0.7) mmol/L], the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05 or P < 0.01). Conclusion The electrolyte characteristics of CS such as hypokalemia,low blood magnesium, high urinary magnesium, and hypercalciuria offer a clinical evidence for differential diagnoses with EH.更多还原
