【Abstract】 Childbirth can bring great pain to puerpera during the labor,so security and painless childbirth has been a ultimate goal of mankind.At present,the study of labor analgesia has been making a great progress,and spinal block is one of the most recommended ways for labor analgesia.With the development of labor analgesia techniques and the study of new drugs,spinal block gains some advantages,such as reliable analgesia effect,less motor nerve block,blood flow dynamics is less affected,and higher maternal satisfaction.Here is the summary of the study of the spinal block for labor analgesia in recent years.更多还原
