【摘要】 随着我国社会的转型,医疗职业所处的社会环境发生前所未有的变化,医务人员的执业环境、职业声望遭受严重冲击和挑战,严重影响到我国医务人员的职业自尊心、自豪感和职业荣誉感,甚至影响到医务人员素质提高和队伍稳定,长远来看必然影响我国卫生事业的持续健康发展。因此,分析转型期医生职业环境的变化及职业声望的影响因素,提出重塑医务人员职业声望的对策,是当前我国卫生事业发展中急迫解决的现实课题。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the social transition,especially market-oriented reform of hospital,unprecedented changes have happened in the objective social environment of medical occupation.The working environment and occupational reputation of the medical staff are seriously affected and challenged,which influences the sense of occupational pride and honor of medical staff,the quality and the stability of medical staff,as well as the sustainable and healthy development of China health service in the long run.Therefore,it is an urgent and realistic research project to analyze the factors influencing the change of the working environment and occupational reputation of the medical staff,and put forward some strategies to reshape the occupational reputation in the development of health service in our China.更多还原
