【摘要】 《科学引文索引》(science citation index,SCI)作为客观公正的国际文献索引目前被作为评价科研水平的指标使用,其正向作用是主要的,但其自身的局限性并且人为错误地应用于评价不同职业和领域的科研业绩使得SCI产生了诸多负面影响。通过讨论SCI和影响因子的局限性与误用原因,总结近年提出的补充评价方法;提出针对不同领域和学科、不同人群和团体,综合使用SCI的影响因子;关注研究团体和个人成果的他引以及应用情况;引导临床医生和教师将病房和教室作为重要的科研实践平台,使科学研究回归本源。更多还原

【Abstract】 The science citation index(SCI)and impact factor(IF)have been widely used as glory quotients in scientific research,which are misused to assess the influence of researchers in different fields.In this paper,the positive features and limitations of SCI and IF were discussed,Journal Citation Reports ranking and H index were introduced.Except synthetic using of IF,research from bench to bed should be the guide direction in the judgment system of research evaluation.更多还原
