必需脂肪酸在干眼治疗中的应用
Application of Essential Fatty Acids in the Treatment for Dry Eyes
【摘要】 必需脂肪酸(EFAs)在人体中担任重要角色,它们构成细胞的脂质双分子层,影响其流动性,组成受体,进行信号转导和细胞膜的再生循环。研究发现,EFAs有抗炎作用,可能构成不同疾病病理过程的潜在联系。在眼科研究中发现,EFAs对干眼的治疗有一定作用。该文就EFAs的来源、生化、作用等方面论述对干眼的作用。
【Abstract】 Essential fatty acids( EFAs) play an important role in the human body,they form the lipid bilayer of the cell,affect its liquidity,compose receptors,make signal transduction and involve in cell membrane regeneration cycle. It has been found that EFAs have anti-inflammatory effects,which may produce potential links of pathological processes of different diseases. EFAs have a certain curative effect on dry eye in ophthalmic research. Here is to make a review of the impact of EFAs on dry eye from the aspects of its source,biochemistry and effects,etc.
