【Abstract】 Essential fatty acids( EFAs) play an important role in the human body,they form the lipid bilayer of the cell,affect its liquidity,compose receptors,make signal transduction and involve in cell membrane regeneration cycle. It has been found that EFAs have anti-inflammatory effects,which may produce potential links of pathological processes of different diseases.
