【Abstract】 Recent studies showed that CXCL12 / CXCR4 axis in tumor invasion and metastasis plays a very important role. CXCL12 / CXCR4 axis can promote tumor cell proliferation,induced angiogenesis,and enhanced tumor cells invasion and metastasis capabilities such mechanisms affect tumor occurrence and development. Depth study of this particular biological axis,it helps provide new molecular basis for the transfer of clinical diagnosis of malignancy. It is able to become a molecular target to provide for the prevention and treatment of tumor metastasis,and ultimately to reduce tumor metastasis,the purpose of improving the long-term prognosis of patients.更多还原
