【摘要】 随着生活水平的提高,我国酒精性肝病患者有迅速增多的趋势,已成为严重危害人类健康的疾病之一。酒精性肝病发展后期会严重影响患者的生活质量甚至危及生命,且目前尚无特效治疗药物,因此迫切需要研发高效、低毒的抗酒精性肝损伤的药物。该文就中药抗酒精性肝损伤的实验研究在动物模型的建立、药理指标、作用机制的研究等方面予以综述。更多还原

【Abstract】 As people’s life improves,a fast-growing trend of alcoholic liver disease( ALD) in China is observed,which is one of the important diseases seriously threatening the human health. In particular,the late stage of ALD would seriously endanger the health and life,and there is still no cure. There is an urgent need to develop a natural medicine for alcohol-induced liver injury with high efficiency and low toxicity. Here is to make a review of the research status of the traditional Chinese medicine against alcoholic liver injury,including establishment of animal models,detecting pharmacological indexes,and action mechanisms.更多还原
