【摘要】 对无法建立自体动静脉内瘘或不能维持长久血液透析的患者,目前多采用带涤纶套长期导管作为永久性血管通路,同时导管相关的感染、血栓栓塞、导管功能不良等并发症也一直是导致导管失功的主要原因。该文主要对带涤纶套透析导管的种类、材质、留置导管部位方法、导管的维护和使用以及并发症进行综述,探讨留置长期导管的经验及其并发症的防治。更多还原

【Abstract】 Long-term tunnel cuffed catheters are widely used as permanent vascular accesses for patients who are in need of maintenance hemodialysis and not suitable for arteriovenous fistulas or long-term maintenance hemodialysis. However,the complications such as catheter related infection,thromboembolism and catheter dysfunction are the main causes of catheter failure. Here is to make a review of the types and materials of the tunnel cuffed catheters,and the position and method to indwell them,the daily use and maintenance of them,as well as the complication control in order to study the experience in indwelling the catheters and prevent the complications.更多还原
