【Abstract】 Gastric cancer is one of the major health hazards to human life,and its etiology is complex,involving multiple risk factors and changes in numerous genes. The gastric carcinogenesis is related to hereditary,athogenic infections,lifestyles,mental factors,precancerous condition,geochemical factors,age,gender and ABO blood group. Molecular mechanism is relevant to gene methylation and microsatellite instability.Here is to make a review of the new progress of gastric cancer etiology in recent years.更多还原
