【摘要】 目的探讨美托洛尔和盐酸米多君治疗儿童体位性心动过速综合征(POTS)的临床效果,以期提高临床治疗水平。方法选取2010年4月至2013年4月新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院收治的92例儿童POTS患者为研究对象,以治疗药物不同分成两组,分别予以α受体激动剂盐酸米多君治疗(盐酸米多君组)和β受体阻滞剂美托洛尔治疗(美托洛尔组),比较两组治疗后的临床效果。结果盐酸米多君组治疗总有效率为68.89%,美托洛尔组治疗总有效率为93.62%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在症状评分、直立心率和心率差值方面比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。而在平卧位心率、平均收缩压和舒张压、直立收缩压和舒张压方面的比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论美托洛尔和盐酸米多君治疗儿童POTS均有效,但美托洛尔效果更加显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of metoprolol and midodrine hydrochloride treatment of children with postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome,in order to improve the level of clinical treatment. Methods During Apr. 2010 and Apr. 2013,92 cases of children postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome included in this study were divided into two groups,the midodrine hydrochloride group was given αagonist midodrine hydrochloride,and the metoprolol group was given β receptor blockers metoprolol,and the clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the midodrine hydrochloride group was 68. 89%,of the metoprolol group was 93. 62%,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant( P < 0. 05); in symptom score,upright heart rate and heart rate difference,there were statistically significant differences( P < 0. 05). In the supine heart rate,mean systolic and diastolic blood pressure,upright systolic and diastolic blood pressure,the differences were not statistically significant( P >0.05). Conclusion Metoprolol and midodrine hydrochloride treatment of children with postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome are both effective,but the effect of metoprolol is more significant.更多还原
