【摘要】 类风湿关节炎患者从体征到病情的发生、发展过程,都有其独特之处,但它又常易与其他疾病相混淆。对患者关节肿痛的特点、红细胞沉降率、类风湿因子、影像学检查等情况进行综合分析,将类风湿关节炎与普通关节疼痛、糜烂性骨关节病、纤维组织炎、系统性红斑狼疮等病症区别开来。该文对类风湿关节炎的发病机制、诱因、实验室检查等特点进行了阐述。据此,基本可以对类风湿关节炎做出确诊。更多还原

【Abstract】 The occurrence and development of rheumatoid arthritis signs and disease condition,has its unique characteristics,but it is often confused with other diseases.The characteristics of joint pain and swelling,ESR,a comprehensive analysis of rheumatoid factor and imaging test can basically distinguish rheumatoid arthritis from joint pain,erosive osteoarthritis,fibrositis,and systemic lupus erythematosus.The pathogenesis,inducement,lab test features of rheumatoid arthritis are elaborated,based on which the diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis can be made.更多还原
