【Abstract】 Osteosarcoma is the most common nonhematologic malignant tumor of bone in adults and children. Because of the major side-effects of chemotherapy medicine,safe and effective anti-osteosarcoma drugs are in urgent need in clinical. Phytoestrogens,a kind of natural plant extracted compounds,have a broad of antitumor activity. Current studies have confirmed that phytoestrogens can affect proliferation,apoptosis,differentiation,metastasis and invasiveness of osteosarcoma. In order to provide new ideas and research directions for the treatment of osteosarcoma,here is to summarize the frontier reports of phytoestrogens in treating osteosarcoma in recent years.更多还原
