【Abstract】 In recent years,along with the improving understanding of renal cell carcinoma( RCC) tumor biology,the researchers’ interest in immunotherapy is renewed. Immunotherapy with interleukin-2 and interferon-α was once the standard of care for RCC. Vaccination with tumor fusions,allogeneic dendritic cell,genetic modified adoptive cell in patients with RCC have demonstrated benefit in some patients,and T-cell modulating agents( e. g. antibodies against programmed death 1 and cytotoxic T lymphocyte-associated antigen-4) have also shown encouraging evidence of efficacy in early-phase clinical trials. The latest opinion on the tumor immunotherapy is to make patients obtain a durable response to immunotherapy without significant toxicity.更多还原
