【Abstract】 Idiopathic membranous nephropathy( IMN) is one of the most common causes of nephrotic syndrome in adults. The natural progress of the disease may vary a lot in different individuals,while a number of untreated patients may have a spontaneous remission,other patients will progress overtime,which put clinical nephrologists in a dilemma when facing the treatment options. evident number of studies indicate that therapies based on corticosteroids and immunosuppressive drugs are effective,but the early use of these agents may cause unnecessary adverse effects.
