【摘要】 氦氧混合气(Heliox)用于治疗呼吸系统疾病已有70多年的历史,以往人们对氦气(Helium)的认识只停留在其物理学特性上,认为Heliox对呼吸系统疾病的作用只是通过其物理特性来实现的。随着研究的深入,人们发现氦气还具有抗炎及对心、脑、肺等器官的保护作用,这意味着氦气除了具有物理特性外,还存在某些生化作用,然而,在治疗呼吸系统疾病方面,Heliox是否对肺组织也产生某种生化作用,以及如何产生生化作用还有待进一步研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Helium was only known on physical property level,although heliox had been used to treat respiratory diseases for more than 70 years,and it was also believed that the effect of heliox to respiratory diseases was just realized through its physical properties. With the deepening of research,it’ s found that helium has anti-inflammatory and protective effect on the heart,brain,lungs and other organs,which means helium also has some biochemical properties,in addition to the physical properties. However,whether heliox also produces certain biochemical effect to the lung tissue,and how to produce this effect in the treatment of respiratory system diseases still needs further study.更多还原
