【摘要】 目的调查宝鸡地区体检人群空腹血糖(FPG)水平,了解本地区成人血糖现状,为临床血糖的研究及糖尿病的防治提供参考。方法收集2012年1月至2013年3月宝鸡市中心医院及宝鸡市高新医院18岁以上体检者共55 328例的临床资料,采用葡萄糖氧化酶法测定其体检者的FPG,并对检测结果进行统计分析。结果 FPG男、女均值分别为(5.23±1.33)mmol/L和(5.00±0.98)mmol/L,同一年龄组男性血糖均高于女性(P<0.05);男、女FPG异常检出率分别为9.90%、5.51%,其中糖尿病检出率男性5.36%、女性2.46%,空腹血糖调节受损(IFG)检出率男性4.54%、女性3.05%,男、女FPG异常检出率均随年龄的增加而呈上升趋势(P<0.005)。结论宝鸡地区成人FPG水平随年龄递增呈上升趋势,同年龄组男性高于女性;FPG异常检出率随年龄逐步上升,IFG、糖尿病检出率男性高于女性。成人应定期做血糖检测,以预防及早期发现并治疗糖尿病。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the current situation of the adult fasting plasma glucose( FPG) by investigating the FPG level of physical examination population in Baoji area,to provide a reference for the clinical blood glucose research and diabetes prevention and treatment. Methods The clinical data of 55 328 people aged above 18 years for physical examination in Baoji Central Hospital and Baoji Gaoxin Hospital from Jan. 2012 to Mar. 2013 were collected,the FPG was detected using glucose oxidase method,and the test results were statistically analyzed. Results The mean FPG of male was( 5. 23 ± 1. 33) mmol / L,of female was( 5. 00 ± 0. 98) mmol / L. Men of the same age group were higher than women( P < 0. 05). The abnormal FPG detection rates of male and female objects were 9. 90%,5. 51%,the detection rate of diabetes for the male was 5. 36%,and 2. 46% for the female,the detection rates of IFG for the male was 4. 54%,and 3. 05% for the female. Conclusion The levels of FPG was in an upward trend with the age of adults in Baoji area,the FPG level of the male was higher than the female in the same age group; the detection rate of abnormal FPG was gradually increasing with age, the detection rate of IFG and diabetes of the male was higher.
