【摘要】 目的探讨子宫内膜雌激素受体(ER)、孕激素受体(PR)、整合素β3表达与体外受精/卵母细胞单精子显微注射-胚胎移植(IVF/ICSI-ET)后异位妊娠的相关性。方法选择2010年7月至2012年1月深圳市第五人民医院收治的因男方因素、不明原因不孕实施IVF/ICSI-ET的患者106例,根据其助孕结局分为未孕组46例、宫内孕组39例、异位妊娠组21例,测定IVF/ICSI-ET治疗前周期黄体期子宫内膜ER、PR、整合素β3的表达。结果宫内孕组整合素β3子宫内膜上皮细胞的阳性表达最强,未孕组最弱;异位妊娠组和未孕组ER、PR表达强于宫内孕组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 ER、PR、整合素β3在子宫内膜异常表达,可导致子宫内膜容受性下降,可能增加异位妊娠的发生风险。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the relationship between expression of endometrial estrogen receptors and progesterone receptors,integrin β3 and ectopic pregnancy of IVF / ICSI-ET. Methods A total of 106 women with male infertility or unexplained infertility underwent IVF / ICSI-ET in Shenzhen Fifth People’ s Hospital from Jul. 2010 to Jan. 2012 were collected,including 46 cases who failed to be pregnant,39 cases who successfully became pregnant and 21 cases were ectopic pregnancy. SP was performed to detect the expression of ER,PR,and integrin β3 in endometrial samples. Results The integrin β3 expressions in the pregnant group were higher than the non-pregnant group and the ectopic pregnancy group. The differences between the three groups was significant( P < 0. 05). ER and PR expressions in the non-pregnant group and the ectopic pregnancy group were higher than the pregnant group. Conclusion Abnormal expression of endometrial ER,PR and integrin can decrease endometrial receptivity,and may increase the risk of ectopic pregnancy.更多还原
