【摘要】 肛瘘是克罗恩病(CD)常见的并发症,可严重影响患者的生活质量,其发病率呈逐年上升趋势。CD肛瘘的诊断有多种方法,但主要依靠直肠腔内超声和磁共振成像检查。药物治疗CD肛瘘的主要方法,但疗效并不满意,生物制剂的出现给瘘管的治疗带来了新的希望,尤其是联合外科手术。该文就CD肛瘘的诊断与治疗进展予以综述。更多还原

【Abstract】 Perianal fistulas is a common complication of Crohn disease( CD) which affects the patient’s quality life seriously,and its incidence is increasing year by year. Magnetic resonance imaging( MRI) and endoanal ultrasound( EUS) are good methods for diagnosing CD fistula. The efficacy of medication treatment for CD fistula is not satisfactory,while biological agents have brought new hope to the treatment,especially in combination with surgery.
