【摘要】 通过对大连医科大学附属第一医院宁养院2001年3月~2013年11月收治的4 838例癌痛患者进行调查,总结归纳居家癌痛患者的疼痛控制情况,探索癌痛患者的疼痛管理方法,结果提示依靠团队合作在居家条件下免费向癌痛患者及其家属提供身体、心理、社会和精神全方位的照顾和支持,即理想的疼痛管理是"整体性疼痛"与"整体性痛苦"的治疗,不仅针对临床疼痛症状,还必须处理相关因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to the treatment of 4 838cases of cancer pain patients in the hospices of the first hospital of Dalian from Medical University,from March 2001to November 2013,this article summarized the situation of cancer pain control of patients with cancer pain who live at home,explored the pain management of cancer pain patients.The results showed that the teamwork of providing support and the full range of care of physical,psychological,social and spiritual for free is needed and the desirable management is treatment of " holistic pain" and " holistic suffering" which is not only for the clinical symptoms of pain,but also have to deal with relative factors.更多还原
