【摘要】 目的:为了解我市疾控系统实验室生物安全柜使用现状,我们在2012年对绵阳市疾控系统共10个单位实验室中正在使用的生物安全柜,依据相关标准进行了检测、评价,为规范化管理提供依据。方法:参照《GB19489-2008》[1]、《YY0569-2005》[2]、和《JG170-2005》[3]相关项。结果:本次共对10个单位实验室中的37台生物安全柜进行了校验状况和检测,满足《YY0569-2005》、和《JG170-2005》相关项技术要求的21台。结论:我市疾病预防控制系统使用中生物ⅡA2型安全柜,所检项目存在着与判定标准不符项。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To understand the status of CDC laboratory biosafety cabinet in our city.Biosafety cabinets are using in biosafety laboratory of 10 disease prevention and control center in 2012 year,according to the relevant standards for detection,evaluation,and provide basis for standardized management.Method:According to "GB19489-2008"(I), "YY0569-2005"(2) and "JG170-2005"(3) related items.Result Atotal of37 biosafety cabinets in biosafety laboratory of 10 disease prevention and control center to check status,21 biosafety cabinets are meeting the "YY0569-2005",and "JG170-2005" relevant technical requirements.Conclusion:The seized items exist and criteria of non-compliance.Type Ⅱ A2 biosafety cabinets are using in biosafety laboratory in Mianyang City CDC,更多还原
