【摘要】 目的:分析老年期和非老年期酒精性震颤谵妄病例临床特征的差异。方法:对我院92例符合CCMD-3震颤谵妄诊断标准诊断的患者分成老年期组和非老年期组进行观察、对照分析。结果:与非老年期组相比,老年期患者酒龄、断酒后震颤谵妄发生时间及持续时间较长,但饮酒量明显低于非老年期组;老年期患者精神病性症状发生率较高,早期戒断反应、明显震颤及植物神经紊乱发生率较低;老年组合并高血压、营养不良、糖尿病、肺炎等疾病的比例较高,而外伤性疾病合并率低于非老年期组;老年期组苯二氮卓类、抗精神病、抗癫痫药物的使用剂量均低于非老年期组;老年期组震颤谵妄的缓解速度较慢,震颤谵妄缓解后仍存在精神病性症状、明显记忆智能损害的比例明显高于非老年期组。结论:老年期和非老年期酒精性震颤谵妄临床特征不尽相同,治疗时应高度关注。更多还原

【Abstract】 objective:To analysis the differences of alcoholic delirium tremens between old age and non old age people.Methods:Using contrast analysis for 92 patients according with CCMD-3 delirium tremens diagnostic standard who divided into the elderly group and non elderly group.Results:The elderly group with delirium tremens wine ages,drunken delirium tremens occurred time and duration were longer than non elderly group,but the quntity of alcohol was lower than non elderly group;The incidence of psychotic symptoms in the elderly group was higher than non elderly group,early withdrawal reaction,obvious tremor and plant nerve disorder appear were lower in the elderly group;High blood pressure,poor nutrition,diabetes and pneumonia in the elderly group were more than non elderly group,traumatic disease in non elderly group were more than the elderly group;and the use of benzodiazepines drugs,antipsychotics and antiepileptic drugs in the elderly group was lower than non elderly group;Delirium tremens ease faster in the non elderly group than in the elderly group.After delirium tremens relieved,psychotic symptoms and obvious memory,intelligence damage cases of elderly group were more than non elderly group.Conclusion:Clinical characteristics of alcoholic delirium tremens in old age and non old age are different.In the clinical work,we should pay more attention.更多还原
