腹腔镜下阑尾切除术112例报告

【摘要】 目的:探讨腹腔镜下阑尾切除术的手术技巧。方法:回顾分析112例阑尾切除术的临床资料。结果:101例腹腔镜下阑尾切除,11例因阑尾根部穿孔转开腹阑尾切除,其中7例是阑尾根部穿孔,1例因Hem-o-lok结扎锁锁于肠壁改开腹,另3例合并回盲部肿块。手术时间20~150 min,住院时间2~15 d,平均4.1 d。术后无出血,肠漏,肠梗阻等并发症。结论:在腹腔镜下行阑尾切除,应当注意选择患者的体位和各戳卡孔的位置以利于操作,用吸引杆和直角钳钝性分离阑尾周围粘连组织,结合体位暴露阑尾及系膜结构,根据具体情况使用电凝钩或血管钳切除或保留阑尾系膜等术中技巧,以便达到顺利切除阑尾减少并发症的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 objective: to study the laparoscopic appendectomy surgery techniques. Methods: retrospective analysis the clinical data of 112 cases of appendectomy. Results: 101 cases of laparoscopic appendectomy, 11 cases with perforated appendix root turn open appendectomy, 7 cases of them are appendix root perforation, 1 case with Hem- o- lok ligation lock lock in intestinal wall to open, the other 3 cases back to the blind of mass.
