【摘要】 目的:分析医院乙类大型医用设备的管理与利用现状,找出存在的问题,探讨解决方法。方法:通过对医院X线计算机断层成像(CT)、磁共振成像(MRI)、数字减影血管造影X线机(DSA)、单光子发射型电子计算机断层扫描仪(SPECT)和医用电子直线加速器(LA)5种乙类大型医用设备的管理现状与利用效率进行调查分析,对比实际工作量与合理工作量,计算其利用率。结果:该医院医疗设备管理与利用总体情况良好,利用不足与利用过度情况较少。结论:医疗设备管理及利用效率的评估与分析,可为医院医疗设备购置的论证工作以及医用技术评估指标体系的建立提供参考与支持。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To analyze medical equipment type Ⅱ management and utilization of a three A-level hospital in Xinjiang, identify problems, explore solutions. Methods: By investigating the management status and utilization efficiency of five kinds of medical equipment type Ⅱ,compare actual workload and reasonable workload,calculate efficiency. Results: Equipment management and utilization of this hospital is better in general, excessive and underutilized use fewer.
