【Abstract】 Objective:To establish a scientific,regulatory and effective standard operating procedures(SOPs) of CDC for laboratory animal in barrier facilities,To ensure laboratory animal facilities of CDC run well.Methods:Based on the national standards of laboratory animal and the characteristics of laboratory animal facilities,through the investigation and experts’ argumentation,we wrote the standard operating procedures(SOPs) in accordance with the management requirements of facilities.Results:The standard operating procedures(SOPs) of CDC for laboratory animal in barrier facilities are established and implemented.Conclusion:Establishing and implementing the standard operating procedures(SOPs) of laboratory animal facilities,So as to realize standardization management and to promote the management level.更多还原
