【摘要】 目的 探讨额颞联合颞下入路手术切除哑铃型三叉神经鞘瘤的疗效。方法 回顾性分析2010~2014年我科15例开颅手术治疗哑铃型三叉神经鞘瘤患者的临床资料。结果 11例患者肿瘤全切,4例患者次全切,术后无严重并发症。结论 额颞入路联合颞下入路利于病灶全切,可较大程度的保护脑组织。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effectiveness of frontotemporal combined with infratemporal surgical approach for dumbbell- shaped trigeminal neurinoma schwannoma.Methods Clinical data of 15 patients with dumbbell- shaped trigeminal neurinoma schwannoma undergoing craniotomy from 2010 to 2014 were analyzed in this study.Results 11 patients underwent total resection and 4 patients underwent subtotal resection with no serious postoperative complications.Conclusion Frontotemporal combined with infratemporal surgical approach is good for total resection,which can protect brain tissue to a greater degree.更多还原
