【摘要】 目的了解中山市机动车驾驶员的中心视力情况,以降低驾驶员因视力情况造成的交通事故。方法调查从2012年1月至2013年6月到中山市疾病预防控制中心进行驾驶员体检的驾驶员,按照公安部《机动车驾驶证申领和使用规定》进行体检。结果共调查驾驶员1 367名,视力合格者1 269人,占92.8%。女性驾驶员视力不合格率较男性高(P<0.05),>60岁年龄组驾驶员视力不合格率高,<30岁组与30~45岁组、45~60岁组与30~45岁组相比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。驾龄>10年的驾驶员视力不合格的比例比驾龄≤10年的视力不合格的比例要高;E型车驾驶证的驾驶员视力不合格的比例比其他车型的比例更高。结论对于女性、初学的年轻人、45岁以上专业驾驶员、60岁以上老年人及E型车驾驶员要加强健康指引和监督管理。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the present status of central vision among drivers in Zhongshan city,so as to reduce the traffic accidents caused by vision. Methods Survey was made on the data of drivers who have had physical examinations,according to the ministry of public security " motor vehicle driving license application and use regulation",in Zhongshan Center for Diseases Control and Prevention from January 2012 to June 2013. Results A total of 1 367 drivers were surveyed,1 269 person had qualified vision,accounting for 92.8%,and 98person’s vision was unqualified,accounted for7.2%.The female drivers’ unqualified rate was higher than the male(P <0.05).According to their ages,the drivers were divided into four groups randomly:less than 30,30 to 45,45 to 60,over 60,ages over 60 drivers vision had high fraction defective,And ages 30 to 45had statistically significant difference between ages less than 30 or ages 45 to 60(P<0.05).The vision disqualification rate of drivers who had over 10 years driving experience,was higher than the person driving less than 10years;and disqualification rate of motorcycle drivers was higher than other drivers. Conclusion More effort should be made to strengthen the health guidance and supervision and management for the female drivers,young drivers,professional drivers over 45 years old,aged over 60 and motorcycle drivers.更多还原
