【摘要】 目的探讨沈阳市和平区居民恶性肿瘤死亡情况,以更好地开展预防工作。方法对沈阳市和平区2007~2013年居民病伤死亡监测资料中的恶性肿瘤死亡情况进行分析。结果 2007~2013年和平区累计因恶性肿瘤死亡9 191例,年均死亡率为206.19/10万,其中男性为243.19/10万,女性为170.69/10万,男女之比为1.42∶1。位于男性死亡前三位的为肺癌、肝癌、胃癌,年均死亡率分别为87.09/10万、32.77/10万、25.08/10万,位于女性前三位的分别为肺癌、肠癌、乳腺癌,年均死亡率分别为60.57/10万、18.13/10万、12.19/10万。恶性肿瘤死亡率随着年龄增长逐渐上升,50~岁组开始明显上升,75~岁组以后上升趋势更加显著。结论 2007~2013年恶性肿瘤居和平区居民病伤死亡原因首位,严重威胁和平区居民的身体健康,预防和控制恶性肿瘤的发生是当前慢性病防治工作的重点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the death causes of malignant tumors among residents in Heping district,Shenyang city,so as to better carry out the prevention work. Methods Analysis was made on the death of malignant tumors of the residents′monitoring data in Heping district,Shenyang city,2007-2013. Results Among 9 191 death cases caused by malignant tumor during 2007-2013 in Heping district,the average annual mortality rate was 206.19/105,that was 243.19/105 in males 170.69/105 in females,the ratio of male to female was 1.42∶1.The top three causes of death in males were as follows:lung cancer,liver cancer and gastric cancer,the average annual mortality rate was 87.09/105,32.77/105,25.08/105.Also those for females were lung cancer,colon cancer and breast cancer,the average annual mortality rate was60.57/105,18.13/105,12.19/105.The mortality of malignant tumors increased with age,50 years old age group increased markedly,rising trend was more significant in theabove 75 years old age group. Conclusion During 2007-2013,the malignant tumors are ranked in the top death causes in Heping district and pose a serious threat to the health of the residents in Heping district.Preventing and controlling the occurrence of malignant tumors are the focuses in chronic disease prevention and control.更多还原
