【摘要】 目的了解六盘水市健康人群乙型肝炎(乙肝)表面抗体水平,评价疫苗接种效果和人群免疫状况,为制定乙肝免疫规划提供依据。方法采用分层随机抽样和简单随机抽样的方法抽取健康人群血样。采用酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)法进行乙肝表面抗体检测。结果检测2区县459份血样,抗-HBs阳性率66.01%。抗-HBs阳性率随年龄增高而降低(P<0.01),有乙肝疫苗接种史人群的抗-HBs阳性率高于无接种史人群(P<0.05)。结论六盘水市将乙肝疫苗纳入免疫规划后,人群免疫水平明显提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the antibody level of the hepatitis B surface antigen among the healthy population in Liupanshui city,evaluate the vaccination effect and the immune status,so as to provide scientific basis for working out strategies for hepatitis B prevention and control. Methods Serum samples of healthy people were selected with stratified random sampling and simple random sampling method.The antibody was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA). Results A total of 459 serum samples were detected in 2districts(counties)and the average positive rate of the antibody was 66.01%.The positive rate of HBsAb was dropping along with increasing ages in the healthy population(P <0.01).The positive rate of HBsAb in the healthy population with hepatitis B vaccination was higher than whose without vaccination(P<0.05). Conclusion The antibody level of the hepatitis B surface antigen is significantly rising among the healthy population in Liupanshui city,since the hepatitis B vaccination is brought into EPI.更多还原
