【摘要】 通过建立我国公立医院履行社会责任长效机制,可以解决目前公立医院社会责任履行缺失问题,对改进我国医疗质量、缓解紧张的医患关系具有重要意义。以博弈论为基础,对影响公立医院履行社会责任的因素进行分析,包括公立医院经济利益与社会利益的博弈、公立医院短期利益与长期利益的博弈、公立医院自身利益与相关者利益的博弈、公立医院自身价值观与社会价值观的博弈、公立医院自身能力与社会客观要求的博弈,发现公立医院责任缺失行为交织着较为复杂的经济驱动性、心理驱动性和社会驱动性,这是公立医院多重价值博弈的结果。公立医院要实现其履行社会责任的长效机制,应完成4个转变,即角色转变、理念转变、管理转变、关系转变。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to solve the public hospitals lack of social responsibility,a long- term mechanism of public hospital to assume their social responsibility should be established which has great significance for improving health care quality and doctor- patient relationship. Based on game theory,this paper analyzes factors affecting public hospitals to fulfill their social responsibilities,including the game between economic interests of public hospitals and social interests,the game between short- term interests and long- term interests of public hospitals,the game between self- interest of public hospitals and stakeholder interests,the game between the public hospital own values and social values,the game between the ability of public hospitals and the requirements of the community. The paper finds that the lack of public hospitals’ responsibility is the result of multi- gaming,which involves complex economic factors,psychological factors and social factors. Therefore,4 changes are proposed to achieve long- term mechanism of hospitals to fulfill their social responsibilities,role change,philosophy change,management change and relationship change.更多还原
