【摘要】 目的:探索甘肃省实施中医药特色的新医改对该省中医药卫生技术人员状况的影响。方法:以全国为参照区,运用偏离-份额分析法对比分析了甘肃省新医改前后(即2005-2008年与2008-2011年)中医药卫生技术人员结构变迁情况。结果:两时期甘肃省中医药卫生技术人员份额得分、结构得分和竞争力得分均呈现出负值,但后一时期各项负值得分的绝对值呈现明显缩小趋势。结论:新医改前后甘肃省中医药卫生技术人员队伍整体情况均低于全国平均水平,但新医改后,甘肃省与全国差距明显缩小。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore new healthcare reform with TCM characteristics influenced on TCM technical personnel in Gansu Province.Methods:The paper analyzed and compared on TCM technical personnel structure changes between 2005- 2008 years and 2008- 2011 years by using shift- share Method.Results:There were all negative values for Gansu`s TCM technical personnel share score,structure score and competitiveness score in both two periods,compared with a whole country.Conclusion:The overall situation of TCM technical personnel in Gansu Province was lower than national average level in both two periods,but the gap has been significantly narrowed since the new medical reform in Gansu Province.更多还原
