三种市售苦丁茶的红外光谱分析鉴定

【摘要】 对三种市售苦丁茶的红外光谱及二阶导数红外光谱进行了对比分析.结果显示,前两种苦丁茶红外光谱相似度达到99.7%,后者与前二者既有共有的特征吸收峰,在某些区域又表现出显著的差异,而二阶导数谱则表现出更高的分辨率.分析来看,两类苦丁茶共有的特征吸收源于其多酚类成分种类基本相同,而差异的产生则源于其糖类成分及皂苷成分的显著不同.对比分析的结果表明,红外光谱分析法是一种快速、简便、有效的不同种类苦丁茶的鉴定方法.

【Abstract】 Three kinds of commercially available broadleaf holly leaf were analyzed and identified by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR)and second derivative IR spectra.The similarity of IR spectra of broadleaf holly leaf between the first two brands was up to 99.7%.However,the IR spectrum of the third brand has visible difference from that of the other two in some range.The aforesaid IR absorption characteristic of the three brands was amplified obviously in second derivative IR spectra.The IR analysis result shows that the common absorption characteristics of the first two brands result from polyphenols they have in common and the difference comes from the difference in carbohydrates and saponin content.Infrared spectra analysis was proved to be a simple,quick and effective identification method for broadleaf holly leaf.
