【摘要】 目的探讨戈舍瑞林联合阿那曲唑治疗绝经前高危乳腺癌的临床效果。方法选取2010年3月至2012年7月本院经病理检查确诊为乳腺癌的患者90例,均给予戈舍瑞林联合阿那曲唑治疗,观察患者治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果肿瘤客观缓解率(ORR)为17.8%,临床获益率(CB)为68.9%;内脏转移患者的生存率明显高于非内脏转移患者;分析可能影响患者生存率的相关因素显示,内脏转移是影响患者预后的独立因素;不良反应发生率为37.8%,以潮热、恶心最为常见,程度均在患者耐受范围内。结论戈舍瑞林联合阿那曲唑治疗绝经前高危乳腺癌安全有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of goserelin combined with endocrine therapy for premenopausal high-risk breast cancer patients. Method 90 cases of patients with breast cancer were confirmed by pathology in our hospital from March 2010 to July 2012, which were treated by goserelin combined with anastrozole and observed the curative effects and side effects. Result The ORR was 17.8%, CB was 68.9%; the survival rate in visceral metastases patients was significantly higher than patients with no visceral metastases; analyzed the factors related to the survival rate of the patients showed that the visceral metastasis was the independent prognostic factors for patients; the incidence of adverse reaction was 37.8%, the most common were hectic fever, nausea, the degree was all in patient tolerance range. Conclusion It is safe and effective of goserelin combined with endocrine therapy for premenopausal high-risk breast cancer patients.更多还原
