【Abstract】 The paper discusses the personal privacy protection counter-measures in the application of electronic medical records in the United States from the aspects of technology,law and morality.It introduces the technologies including electronic signature,firewall,information encryption and access control,elaborates the main contents of HIPAA,The Privacy Law and so on,points out that the doctors should improve the self-restraint,medical ethics education should be strengthened,good doctor-patient relationship should be constructed and the patients’ self-preservation sense should be strengthened.更多还原
