非多肽类GPⅡb/Ⅲa受体拮抗剂临床应用进展

【摘要】 血小板膜糖蛋白GPⅡb/Ⅲa受体在血小板聚集中发挥重要作用,本文综述了非肽类血小板GPⅡb/Ⅲa受体拮抗剂的结构、功能及其在心血管领域的临床应用进展。

【Abstract】 Platelet glycoprotein IIb/IIIa plays an important role in the congregation of platelets.The article summarizes the configuration and function of the blockade of Non-amylose glycoprotein IIb/IIIa and it’s development in clinical application.
