【摘要】 目的探讨慢性肾脏病(CKD)患者血清中超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)水平与动脉粥样硬化的关系。方法本试验共有91例参与者,分试验组与对照组2组,前者共75例由CKD患者构成,并依据血清肌酐水平继续细分为CKD 3期组、CKD 4期组、CKD 5期组;对照组为16例健康体检者。检测所有入选者血清MMP-9、hs-CRP水平,行颈动脉多普勒检查。比较各组MMP-9、hs-CRP水平与颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)间的关系。结果 CKD患者MMP-9、hs-CRP、IMT的值较对照组升高,差异均有学意义(P<0.05)。CKD患者伴有动脉粥样硬化组MMP-9、hs-CRP水平较颈动脉超声正常组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 CKD患者血清MMP-9、hs-CRP水平与动脉粥样硬化程度正相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the correlation of MMP-9,hs-CRP levels and AS in patients with chronic kidney disease.Methods There are 91 participants in the experiment,dividing them into two groups,the experimental group and the normal control group.75 CKD patients consist the former group,and 16 healthy persons as the normal control group.Then dividing the experimental group into three smaller groups(CKD3 stage,CKD4 stage,CKD5 stage).Choosing To check the serum levels of MMP-9 and hs-CRP from all the persons.Making carotid doppler examination.At last to discover the relationship between the levels of MMP-9、hs-CRP and intima-media thickness(IMT) of the carotid artery.To analysis the finial datas by the SPSS17.0 software.Results Compared with the control group,the MMP-9,hs-CRP levels were increased in CKD patients,and the value of IMT was also higher(P<0.05).The above differences had statistically significant Serum levels of MMP-9 and hs-CRP with atherosis of carotid artery than those in normal ones(P<0.05).The difference had statistically significant.Conclusion It is positive collerration between the levels of MMP-9,hs-CRP and IMT.更多还原
