【摘要】 目的探讨内镜下高频电切除结肠息肉的临床效果及围术期护理方法。方法选取我院收治的90例行内镜下高频电切除治疗的结肠息肉患者,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果所有患者手术均顺利完成,平均手术时间(15.4±2.4)min,未出现烧伤、结肠穿孔以及大出血等并发症,术后平均住院时间(5.3±1.8)d,术后随访2年内未出现复发病例。息肉主要分布于直肠和乙状结肠,经病理检查显示腺瘤所占比例最高。结论内镜下高频电切除治疗结肠息肉创伤小,且安全可靠,术后恢复快;术前进行心理护理和肠道准备,术中与医生默契配合,术后积极处理并发症,对于保证手术成功具有重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical effect of endoscopic high frequency electro excision of colon polyps and perioperative nursing method. Methods Selected our hospital received 90 cases of endoscopic high frequency electro excision of colon polyps,their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Results all operation were smoothly completed,the average operation time was(15.4±2.4)min,didn’t appear burn,colon perforation,and bleeding such as complications,postoperative mean length of hospital stay was(5.3±1.8)d,postoperative followed-up of 2 years did not appear relapse cases Mainly distributed in rectum and sigmoid colon polyp,the pathological examination showed highest proportion of adenomas. Conclusion Endoscopic high frequency electro excision of colon polyps small trauma,safe and reliable,fast postoperative recovery,preoperative psychological nursing and bowel preparation,intraoperative cooperate with doctor tacit understanding,actively deal with postoperative complications,plays an important role in ensuring successful operation.更多还原
