【摘要】 目的在医疗体制改革日益深化的背景下,推进我院"以患者为中心"的护理工作的开展,积极寻求医疗服务的模式转变。方法陪检服务是护理模式的转变,通过采取主动协助患者解决检查过程中出现的疑问,采用人文护理的模式,根据其病情缓急动态确定检查时间的方法,最终为患者提供优质、便捷的护理服务。结果实施陪检服务后患者满意度明显高于实施前(P<0.01),护理质量合格率高于实施前(P<0.01)。结论在优质护理病房中实施陪检护理的工作模式,可以提高患者满意度,取得良好效果,产生了良好的社会效益和经济效益,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective With the deepening reform of the medical care and the fierce competition of medical market,A lot of measures should be taken in order to promote the carrying out our hospital’s "patient-centered" caring work. What’s more,We should also take an active part in seeking the mode transition of medical care. Methods Accompanied inspection service is just the transform of the mode of nursing. A lot of measures are taken so as to assist the patients to solve the problems appeared during the inspection,we will apply different methods according to the conditon of the patients dynamically so that we can provide patients with qualitive and convenient accompanied inspection care. Results After the application of accompanied inspection service,the patient’s satisfaction was significantly higher than before(P<0.01).And the Quality of care is also higher than before(P<0.01).Conclusion The application of accompanied inspection service will absolutely improve the patient’s satisfaction,and achieved good results. There will also be good social and economic benefits. It’s worthy of application in clinical care.更多还原
