【摘要】 目的探讨老年人功能性便秘切实有效的治疗和预防方法。方法抽取2011年3月—2013年3月我院肛肠科收治的符合罗马诊断标准者74例,随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组给予传统治疗方式,观察组给予护理干预、生物反馈、健康教育的治疗和预防方法,观察比较2组患者治疗情况。结果观察组总有效率91.89%,明显高于对照组的45.94%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组患者便秘症候改善程度明显好于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论采取新型治疗和预防方法可以有效改善老年功能性便秘患者的症状,降低发病率,获得良好的治疗效果,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective It’s high time that we took measures to protect the health of elderly patients,and to explore a kind of effective treatment and prevention method. Methods Randomly selected 74 patients admitted to our hospital outpatient anorectal who meet the diagnostic criteria of Rome from March 2011 to March 2013. Then randomly divided them into two groups,one as comparison group and one as observation group. The comparison group were treated with traditional methods,while the observation group was given the proposed treatment and prevention methods,which concerns nursing intervention,biofeedback and education of health. Observe and compare the treatments of two groups.Results Compared with the traditional methods,the patients’ condition of health were significantly improved after Adopting the new treatments and prevention methods(P<0.01).The functional constipation incidences were significantly lower than before(P<0.01).Conclusion The taking of new treatments and prevention methods among patients of functional constipation in the elderly can improve the patient’s condition and reduce the morbidity. We achieved good results though the new methods,which were worthy of clinical application.更多还原
