【摘要】 目的:观察曲安奈德联合雷公藤多甙治疗顽固性结节性痒疹的疗效,探讨优势治疗方案。方法:将63例患者随机分为两组,观察组32例予口服雷公藤多甙片20mg,3次/d,同时予以皮损内局部浸润注射适量曲安奈德,1次/3周;对照组31例给予口服地沙立度安片20mg,3次/d,同时予以皮损处涂抹卤米松乳膏,3次/d;治疗3个月后观察疗效。结果:观察组32例患者均出现不同程度的好转,有效率100%,痊愈26例,痊愈率81.25%;对照组31例患者有24例出现不同程度的好转,有效率77.42%,痊愈19例,痊愈率61.29%。两组病例痊愈率、有效率比较其差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:曲安奈德联合雷公藤多甙治疗顽固性结节性痒疹的疗效肯定,值得临床深入探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Observation of curative effect of triamcinolone acetonide combined with Tripterygium Glycosides treatment of intractable prurigo nodularis,to explore the advantages of treatment.Methods:63patients were randomly divided into two groups,32cases in observation group received oral Tripterygium wilfordii tablets 20mg,3times/d,also be in the skin lesions of local infiltration injection amount of triamcinolone acetonide,1/3weeks;31cases in control group were given oral Sarit degree an tablets 20mg,3times/d,also be the lesions with halogen dipropionate cream,3 times/d;observation of curative effect after treatment for three months.Results:The observation group 32patients had different degrees of improvement,with an efficiency of 100%,26cases were cured,the cure rate was 81.25%;control group 31patients 24patients had different degrees of improvement,with an efficiency of 77.42%,19cases were cured, the cure rate was 61.29%.In 2cases,the cure rate of comparative efficiency were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:The efficacy of triamcinolone acetonide combined with Tripterygium Glycosides treatment of intractable prurigo nodularis,is worthy of further study.更多还原
