【Abstract】 Fc fusion protein is a new kind of recombinant protein fused with a functional part and Fc fragment part. Fc fusion protein not only maintains the bioactivity of functional part but also acquires the properties of antibody, such as binding Fc receptors to get longer half-life and to induce antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity(ADCC) effect. The Fc fusion proteins and their research progress in pharmaceutical fi eld have been reviewed in this paper.更多还原
